The Mining and Geology Master programme offered by the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology is based at the very important, from the economy and cognitive point of view, knowledge domains called technical sciences and Earth sciences.
The program is composed of obligatory and optional subjects and a specialist course. In the first semester students are assigned to a specialty/seminar according to their preferences stated during enrolment (provided that they meet the entry requirements for the selected specialty/seminar).
The specialty Applied Geoscience program at University of Wroclaw is an offer for English speaking students not only from the European Union but also from all over the world. The program lasts 2 years (4 semesters). To obtain a master's degree, students must write and defend a master thesis.
