The doctoral program "Microbiology and Biochemistry" is a member of the Göttingen Graduate School for Neurosciences and Molecular Biosciences (GGNB). The graduate school offers a joint modular training program to which the twelve doctoral programs of GGNB contribute and that is open to all GGNB students.
The international Microbiology and Biochemistry programme at the University of Göttingen provides research-oriented, interdisciplinary training in microbiology, genetics, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry and structural biology on the highest levels. The innovative framework ensures rapid progress from intensive course training to participation in research projects.
