I chose The Hague University because it has the program I like and accepts my IELTS score.

It was good it was computer based and my first time taking the IELTS exam, although I had taken mock exams for 3-4 times the previous months. The talking part I did not like. I do not understand the amount of stuff I have to say on the top of my head.

I took the IELTS test, because I found that it is the only one that is being asked in every country. I had planned to send more applications to other universities in different countries in case I wasn’t accepted.

It was pretty much easier than I thought. I think my experience relies much on my background since I'm bilingual (English and Italian), and the university I was applying to needed a certification to prove that.

The examination was straightforward, not stressful at all, since I had planned accordingly, and there were plenty of other students sitting the exams with me, which made me feel less alone.
