This LLM examines intellectual property and aspects of information law thematically, covering data protection, information handling, e-commerce and intellectual property in the global digital economy. In particular you will look at the protection afforded by international agreements on intellectual property and their impact on commercial activity. You'll also be examining the legal principles and procedures relating to ownership, use and control of information in the context of the internet and other media.
