The Master's degree in Sociology aims at promoting an in-depth and specialised training in a fundamental scientific area for the understanding of the contemporary society. That training focuses upon the contemporary society's structures and institutions, its processes and agents of change, the current social problems and individual and collective forms of action pertaining to that society.
