The course aims to provide basics of exploiting nutrigenomics methodology in clinical dietary interventions: study designs with emphasis on special issues in clinical interventions, applicability of human samples, developments in analysis methods, interpretation of the nutrigenomic data, and interaction of clinical and nutrigenomic data.
