The department of Organization Sciences focuses on the social processes and phenomena that result in stability and change in the functioning of organizations. The department develops itself as a key institute in the international landscape of organizational studies through its research program “Organizations and Processes of Organizing within Society” (OPOS).
As of the 2014-2015 academic year, Inholland University of Applied Sciences no longer offers the bachelor programme International Business and Management Studies. Inholland has chosen to innovate its educational portfolio and as a result decided to discontinue the IBMS programme and start a new international and English taught bachelor programme International Business Innovation Studies.
The Networking track focuses on interaction between technology and other areas within organisations. It aims to provide its students with strong technical skills, and insight into management aspects.
In this course, students will work on their business plans under the guidance of experts, accountants and successful entrepreneurs. This course is taught in Dutch and organised by the Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE). ACE is a partnership of the University of Amsterdam (UvA), VU University Amsterdam (VU), the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA) and the Amsterdam School of the Arts (AHK).
