The Masters in Special Educational Needs (MSEN) at Dublin City University is a blended programme open to qualified experienced teachers working in primary and post-primary schools, in special schools or classes or in other recognised educational centres.
This is an intensive full time course which aims to ensure that students become efficient in the practical application of the principles of applied behaviour analysis, with particular regard to persons with autism and other developmental disabilities and/or children and adolescents in care or special programmes, and/or those clients presenting learning and/or behavioural challenges in school.
The Master of Education in Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia) at Dublin City University is a part-time two-year level 9 programme. The programme has also been accredited by the British Dyslexia Association and graduates are eligible for Associate Membership of the BDA (AMBDA).
