University of Manitoba
Philosophy is the study of reality, knowledge, values, logic and related topics. We offer a bachelor degree in Philosophy at the University of Manitoba.
We offer a master degree in Philosophy at the University of Manitoba. To enter the M.A. program directly, applicants must have the equivalent of an honours degree in philosophy, with a satisfactory distribution across the fields of philosophy as judged by the Department.
The Philosophy program at University of Winnipeg is concerned with questions that any person, at any time or place, can wonder about and seek to
answer. Such questions include: Can we prove that God exists? What is justice? What is the best life for
me? How can I know when I am right and when I am mistaken? Where do my ideas come from?
