A collaboration between the Faculty of Land and Food Systems and Faculty of Forestry, the inter-faculty Soil Science program at University of British Columbia offers opportunities for advanced study and research leading to MSc degree.
Applied Plant and Soil Sciences integrates plant-soil-atmosphere systems with a focus on the science underpinning crop production and ecosystem management. You’ll gain competence in integrating scientific principles and have the flexibility to emphasize a major area of interest such as plant production and protection, soil quality, climate change, food security, or land reclamation.
