Position "Free-form Design Algorithms for Specialty Imaging Systems" (Marie Curie ITN Project)
Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB)
This position is part of the Marie Curie Initial Training Network ADOPSYS. This project aims to educate and train twelve starting researchers in optical modelling and design, and to develop disruptive new optical design tools that are broadly applicable to optical design problems and to significantly increase design productivity and efficiency. The project is closely related to European industry and the consortium consists of seven academic institutions and three industrial companies that are full partners and another four companies that are associate partners. All partners host and provide supervision of the researchers.
