The aim of this degree programme is the comprehensive education in technical aspects of media, reaching from classical textual media through to sound, vision, video and virtual worlds. On the one hand, the special aspect of the degree programme lies in the shared handling of artificially generated media as they are dealt with in Computer Graphics and picturing media as they are dealt with in Media Informatics. On the other hand, intelligent procedures concerning the treatment of media are integrated as taught in Artificial Intelligence.
